1. Shipping 

We offer two delivery options for your purchases: shipping through our logistics partner Correos Express, or in-store pickup at our physical shop in Palma. 

Shipments are available only to the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Europe. We are unable to deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or any countries not listed above. 

Delivery methods: 

1. Via Correos Express: 

Shipping to Mallorca: prices from €5, delivery time 24–36 hours. 

Shipping to the Peninsula, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera: prices from €6, delivery time 48–72 hours. 

International Shipping: price depends on weight and destination zone, estimated delivery time 5–8 business days. 

2. In-store pickup in Palma: 

No delivery cost 

Ready within 4 hours 

Pickup hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:30 to 20:00, and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. 

 

2. Returns and Exchanges 

Returns for products with warranty defects or in the event of an error on our part will not incur any cost. We will arrange the pickup of the defective product from your address and cover the transport costs. 

Products under warranty with defects may also be returned directly to our physical store in Palma. 

 

1. Withdrawal from purchase without error or defect 

We extend your legal right of withdrawal by allowing you 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to return any product purchased from our store, even if it has no defect or error. 

Return shipping costs in cases of withdrawal will be at your expense. Transport fees for this type of return are €6 for pickups in Mallorca and €9 for all other shipping zones (Peninsula and the rest of the Balearic Islands). 

We will handle the pickup of the returned item through our logistics partner. We will refund all amounts paid up to that moment—including the product price and initial shipping costs—while you only cover the cost of the return shipment. 

For Cash-on-Delivery and PayPal purchases, the 3% fee (minimum €2) charged by the transport agency will be deducted from the refund. 

You may also return the product at our physical store to avoid any transport costs. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email within the 15-day period using the form provided in our Terms of Sale or a similar written statement.

For returns of international purchases, please contact us by email to review the applicable return conditions. Shipping and return fees are always at the customer's expense. 

 

2. Product Exchanges 

You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to exchange a purchased product for another item in our catalogue. 

Exchanges can also be completed at our physical store at no transport cost. 

For exchanges processed through shipping: 

Pickup is free, but outbound shipping fees will apply. Shipping prices start at €5 for deliveries within Mallorca and €6 for the rest of the shipping zones (Peninsula and the rest of the Balearic Islands). 

Shipping fees for exchanges must always be paid by bank transfer or card.
